Toulson Enterprises, established in 1995, is a Management Consulting Firm with more than 150 years of combined experiences and expertise in Small Business Development. Our services include Small Business Development, SBA 8(A), SDB, Hubzone & State Certifications, GSA Schedules,Management Services, Project Management,Business Coaching, Contract Compliance Reviews and Limited IT Services (Voice & Data Cabling). We also deliver Tailored Advisory and Training services to small businesses, government officials and representatives of organizational entities responsible for the management, growth, efficiency and general health of small business enterprises. Our special services include research functions and a broad range of other administrative activities. As a result of a strategic partnership, we also offer a full complement of Office Supplies and Furniture.

Our staffing structure consists of a Team of Employees that are recent private industry and government retirees. Our employees are tasked to interface with clients as needed and requested. Although we can access consultants and/or establish a resource pool at an appropriate time to address various specialty matters, the company’s initial staffing structure and promotional material is built around the combined expertise of the Owner, Cliff Toulson. Cliff is a former Senior Executive with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) with 31 years of Service. His responsibilities included directing National Programs such as Small Business Development, Organizational Management, Loan Assistance & Minority Certification Programs. He along with his Senior Advisor, a former Senior Manager with the SBA who directed the Operations of the Certification Programs on a National and Regional basis and a Team of Former SBA Business Development,Certification and Loan Specialists have the expertise to satisfy any request for Advisory/Consultant Services in Small Business Development, Small Business Certifications, GSA Schedules, Loan Application Assistance, Contract Compliance Reviews & IT Services (Voice & Data Cabling).
